This week we have Erik from Gingle.tv. Erik talks about how and why he started gingle.tv. He runs a multimeda company called icommunications in Moncton and realized that a way to capture live video from phones has some potential. Erik lived in Japan for many years and even wrote a book about his experiences - http://www.amazon.com/Living-North-Lucky-Erik-Gingles/dp/189649613X

Gingle.tv is a live streaming platform for the iPhone, even though there are a few other players in this space, Gingle differentiates itself with the location based aspect of streaming. We did this interview live with Gingle last month and we almost had Darren Piercey (@cyberpsyc) use the Gingle app to record us doing the interview with Gingle. He was watching live on gingle.tv and realized that the interview was at the Clay Cafe and simply walked over. Unfortunately, we had just finished the interview when Darren tried to crash our interview. Maybe, next time!

Everyone should try out the gingle app and check out gingle.tv to see what this is all about
